Exchange Policy:

S Luxe Hair offers a 3 day exchange policy meaning you have 3 days after receiving your order to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the hair must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, no products added ,with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Returns and exchanges are conducted in the case of the hair arriving damaged/not in a good state or you have been sent the wrong unit
