NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

All sales at S Luxe Hair are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please read our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Exchange Policy

We offer a 3-day exchange policy. You have 3 days from the date of receiving your order to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn and unused, with no products applied, tags still attached, and in its original packaging.

Exchanges are only accepted if the hair arrived damaged or not in good condition, or if you received the wrong unit.

Exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect size or style ordered, or hair that has been worn, washed, or styled.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via email or WhatsApp. Please include your order number, photos of the item received, and your reason for the exchange request. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours.
